Awaken Within Counselling
Phoebe Toop (BPsych, RPC-C) offers trauma-informed counselling services to individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and more. Phoebe uses a strengths-based approach to support her clients with whatever challenges they may be facing. Awaken Within is an inclusive safe space for all, regardless of race, gender, or sexuality. Phoebe is passionate about making mental health services accessible and can offer a sliding scale for those with demonstrated financial need.
