Autism Information Services British Columbia

The Autism Information Services British Columbia (AIS BC) is a provincial information centre for autism and related disorders that provides information and supports to families, service providers, and community professionals across B.C.

Staff are available by phone or by email to explain the range of best practice treatment options for autism spectrum disorder to help you navigate the BC service system.

AIS BC also manages and administers the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).

• View the status of your child’s funding
• Communicate electronically with ministry staff
• Submit documentation electronically
• Receive key messages about services

Registry of Autism Service Providers – Province of BC

The Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) is an online search listing of private practice professionals who families can access to find services for their child.  A service provider must be on the RASP list (or be supervised by someone on the RASP list) to be eligible for the autism funding support.

To be included on the RASP, professionals must meet education, training and experience requirements which demonstrate that they are qualified to provide effective treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

The RASP list includes qualified professionals from across the province, including:

• Behaviour Analysts/Consultants
• Speech-Language Pathologists
• Occupational Therapists
• Physical Therapists
