HandyDart and Taxi Pass
A door-to-door transportation service for persons who are unable to use the regular transit service without assistance. The HandyDart bus is available to registered clients Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. A door-to-door taxi service pass is available for people with disabilities on the days when the handyDart bus is not available. The taxi pass is not accessible for those who cannot transfer from a wheelchair into a taxi. Trips must be booked 24 hours in advance.
Registration applications and further information for both HandyDart and Taxi Pass programs is available at Everything Revelstoke, located on the corner of Mackenzie Ave. and First St. There is no registration fee. Eligibility must be approved by a health care professional.

Health Connections Bus
For transportation to out-of-town non-emergency medical appointments. Funded by Interior Health in partnership with the City of Revelstoke. Trips must be booked 24 hours in advance. Fare – $5.00 one way. Please have exact change.
To Kamloops (via Sicamous, Salmon Arm, Sorrento) on Tuesdays – 8 am departure from Revelstoke Community Centre – 3 pm departure from Kamloops return.
To Kelowna (via Sicamous, Enderby, Armstrong, Vernon) on Wednesdays – 8 am departure from Revelstoke Community Centre – 3 pm departure from Kelowna return.

Trees for Tots
Revelstoke Trees for Tots Society is a registered charity that offers financial assistance, where possible, to families in Revelstoke whose children need to travel outside our community for specialized medical services.

Volunteer Medical Transportation Program
Volunteers drive registered clients to out-of-town medical appointments only – when other transportation options are not available, and in-town rides to medical appointments when local transportation is not appropriate or available. For more information or to register for the program (as a client or volunteer driver) drop by the Revelstoke Seniors Centre Tuesday – Friday mornings and visit the Volunteer Coordinator. You do not have to be a senior to use or volunteer for this service.
